About the Role
As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our referral and partner ecosystem, driving revenue through channel partnerships. You’ll focus on recruiting and activating HubSpot and Salesforce implementation and marketing agencies, as well as other channel partners, to generate qualified referral deals.
This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll continuously engage partners, market Aloware’s value proposition, and enable them with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Partnership Development: Drive engagement, enablement, pipeline, and revenue. Actively manage a portion of the partner portfolio, contributing to partnership targets and success. Build lasting, meaningful relationships with partners to promote Aloware’s value proposition.
• Partner Communication: Communicate Aloware’s vision, benefits, and technological aspects effectively to partners. Conduct presentations and demos to support partner enablement and generate leads.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive synergies, ensuring a unified approach to partner engagement.
• Performance Management: Track and analyze partner performance using HubSpot, PartnerStack, and other tools. Capture opportunities, manage the sales process, and report on key metrics.
• Portfolio Management: Grow an existing portfolio of partners while sourcing, onboarding, and activating new ones. Conduct discovery conversations, create mutual action plans, and maintain ongoing relationships through check-ins and QBRs.
• Channel Partner Strategy: Strategize and market referral and partner programs to agencies, driving deals through active partner participation.
• Travel: Attend expos, conferences, and partner meetings as needed to foster relationships and promote Aloware’s solutions.

1. Number of new active referral partners signed.
2. Revenue generated through active partners.
Who You Are
• 2+ years of experience as a partner/channel/affiliate manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of signing and enabling active channel partners and delivering measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is mandatory.
• Experience working with marketing agencies, BPOs, or similar partners, particularly in referral or reseller programs.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts effectively.
• A self-starter with a knack for strategy and execution, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Familiarity with sales tools like PartnerStack and analytics platforms is a plus.
